SCHOOL HEAD

Kulichenko Svetlana Sabirovna

For conceptual understanding, strategic planning and everyday pedagogical practice at our school, the necessity to combine cultural conservatism with social relevance has a whole range of consequences; it requires study and interpretation of the general modern sociocultural situation, though at first glance it might appear far removed from the day-to-day concerns of school life; an understanding of the wide range of tasks that face our teachers; approving new methods of teaching and new approaches to learning; and constant dialogue and interaction between teachers, students and their parents; and a whole range of other factors.

There can be no doubt, that there is an inherent difficulty, and perhaps even slight contradiction, in the situation of modern schools - as they are hostages to the search for efficiency, and the search for new educational principles and ideas. It is this search which defines the content in our concepts of teaching and strategic development at 21st Century Integration.
